Complete kit to install the hand throttle. The adjustment knob allows you to return the throttle to idle (by releasing it) or hold a certain protrusion on the switch, which locks the appropriate rpm. Easy installation on my Wrangler TJ. Used the location of the cruise control knob as mine doesn't come with one. Smooths out our drive chain in rocky/rutted areas and eliminates the need to put your foot on the accelerator. Used only off-road. Not a suitable substitute for a real cruise control.
