Win the 10th anniversary edition, check. HDMI, check. Catalyst Control Center, check.

I bought this for a Dell Precision T7500 server workstation - an absolute tower monster. One of the criteria for this purchase was noise reduction. Internally, Dell has fully passive cooling for the CPU, Northbridge and 24GB of RAM, and I didn't want to turn the TV on at 20dB while watching movement to compensate for the humming fan noise. The role of Dell's Monster is to turn a dumb TV into a smart TV and act as a media gateway between my TV and the network storage that stores my movies. This card is the perfect solution at a great price, meets all my needs and exceeds expectations replacing a failed Nvidia NVS card. For reference, Dell is running Windows 10 Pro X64 and the TV is a 46-inch Dynex with 1080p HDMI. Crisp image quality with a slight screen scaling adjustment via the Catalyst Control Center is something I don't normally adjust. If you're looking for a solid card, it's important to note that Diamond makes the best products in the Radeon lineup. This card, even with GDDR3, is no exception.
