They look great, the materials are high quality and the company stands behind their product. That's where the positives end. They don't fit properly and when you sweat the silicone dots become slippery. These aren't lightweight pads either. They're bulky and tough, but don't offer adequate protection. I fell straight onto my knee and it is clear that this pad is just foam as it only prevented the knee from being cut but did not affect impact. I would not recommend these pads. Silver Lining: Dakine returned my money and said the ones I received may be defective.
