This is NOT coffee. This is an AMAZING sealed jar of earth. And what I mean by forgiveness is that some coffees have a very narrow range of "good qualities." If the grind isn't perfect, if the brew isn't accurate, if the water-to-coffee ratio isn't measured in a chemistry lab, then the coffee tastes like crap with tannins. Not Espresso LavAzza. I mostly use Aeropress and I don't even measure it, just charge it up and it's always great. Also works well in a moka pot, same taste just fatter and creamier. STARBUCK'S FANS: If you're used to super fried concoctions, you probably won't like this. Don't confuse severe with burned. It's a great aromatic coffee with MIRRIES notes, but it doesn't taste like any of the Starbucks blends I've had and I've tried them all.
