At first I was just unhappy with how bright/how far I could see when running after dark; then I discovered that the product is actually downright dangerous. I run with my dog and often look down at him (or scan the ground for cracks, curbs, sticks, etc - a normal part of being a runner). Well, if you raise your eyes again to look ahead, you'll find yourself completely blinded by the dim light. I bought this for safety reasons and it ended up scaring me as my vision became even more useless than just running in the dark. don't buy that.
