Very helpful for busy schedules and always available support

I love that it automatically sets your schedule with everything you need in one place! It's not very user friendly if you're trying to send an email or add something yourself--it feels like you have to hit every single button correctly before anything happens. Other than this, everything is great about Jacs!! Definitely check out their trial version if you get the chance - it lets you try it all without taking any risks! We use Jacs as part of our scheduling rotation so we know how easy it works well when people are off work.

Pros

Everything comes together nicely once set up even though at first glance looking through pages may seem daunting but most likely there will be instructions somewhere nearby which make figuring things much easier :) Once setup properly its nice because i dont feel anxious waiting around thinking im missing important information just by having someone available who can help me find what my question was
