Review on Lenox Tools 1779670 Arbor 4 Inch by Mark Hart

I'm a Lenox fan but Lenox recently made me a LOYAL customer. Lenox tools are synonymous with quality, precision and craftsmanship in every piece. So when my newly purchased 6 liter hole saw lost its set screw, spring and ball (looked everywhere but couldn't find the parts) I emailed customer service. I received a response within a few hours, I had to send some pictures, an hour later I received a confirmation email that the gazebo was under warranty and parts would be arriving soon. The complete tool arrives after 8 days, not just spare parts. That's customer service! Thank you Lenox for a quality company with great tools.
