These are of reasonable weight and strength to fit standard truck and trailer wheels (my application) and will probably work well with car wheels that have adequate wheel clearance. Spring. I used the eyelet to add a 3ft polypropylene rope and wooden handle, making them easy to use. The rubber compound adheres well to both rough and smooth surfaces. I lowered this star to 4 as I realized they could get damaged. In my case the pad was flipped over because the rider forgot/didn't know the pad was there and it was crushed (rubber torn at all corners) making it unsafe to continue using it. This may not be fair, but I just wanted to emphasize that they are not indestructible. You need at least a few of these. the price is for one. Note: They have a strong rubber smell that you may not like in a living area. Maybe it will resolve with time, I don't know. It's not a problem for my use case, so I didn't downvote it.
