We love everything about this gem: it cooks at just the right temperature. Exactly. Easy to use. Small, attractive, operating tips: Ignore the operating instructions. Here's everything you need to know. Click the on/off button in the top left corner of the control panel. Press the lower left button on the control panel to select the icon that corresponds to your use of the oven. Each preset icon - pizza, fries, cake, etc. - has a default temperature and time. After selecting one of the 10 cooking options, you can set the time and temperature simply by pressing the lower right button on the control panel once: the time shown on the digital display will flash. Turn the knob to increase or decrease the temperature shown on the display. Then press the lower right button again. The time will start flashing and you can turn the knob to set more or less time. Press the on/off button again to start the oven. Note. You cannot set the cooking temperature to a higher temperature than the default value for the selected icon. Example. You choose an icon with 375 for Temp. You can lower the temperature, but you cannot raise it above 375. Scroll down to another icon and make a selection that offers a temperature of 450 and you can lower it if needed.
