There is very little documentation on this. The motherboard appears to be original. There is no technical passport (if there is one at all). This means that the capacity of the PCI slot is unknown. Among other problems. The power supply is /can/ be a TFX power supply. It cannot simply be replaced with a better one. It does not match standard power cord color coding. You can see the white wires in the photos I've added. They measured 12V, not -5V as one would expect. This makes it easier to develop a do-it-yourself solution if you know about it. It can also confuse retailers when looking for an upgrade. In any case, the non-standard assembly and the lack of detailed documentation (I found the manual, it is not delayed) are included in the technical support rating. Out of the box, this isn't a great gaming PC. The difficulty of upgrading the PSU (needed to add a graphics card) makes it a bad one. The woman complained that it didn't have enough graphical support for advanced scaling effects. Think of it as web browsing, a word processor.
