No accessories for shocks, struts and suspension
Ordered a pair for my 4Runner 2002 2wd. The biggest issue that earned my rating 3 stars is that the items were missing fasteners and rubber bushings. It shouldn't be a headache to go after these little things. This is not the manufacturer's fault, everything works fine. However, this is not a positive move on the sales side when people want to do business with you on a larger scale. I would definitely not order from this buyer again. Even if I would have to pay a little more from someone else as long as I get what I need for my job.
