I like how easy this software is for anyone who has little or no computer experience, because once set up correctly there are very few things one needs to do themselves. The customer support can be poor at times if something goes wrong during an initial setup process. This does not always happen though! Make sure you have someone experienced in setting up computers as well as understanding all aspects of the program before purchasing. Some of our staff members had never used a word processor before using Correction's manager. It really helped them learn quickly. They were able to take their time learning new processes instead of having to relearn everything they did previously when transferred from another office suite.
