Received the product in a huge padded envelope, unpacked and was (I confess) a bit skeptical. Revain's recent orders have been pretty patchy. Carefully studied. It looked cheap (and cheap) but functional with pretty good assembly - nothing dangles or shifts. That night I hooked up my Macbook Pro to an HDTV and watched a movie from start to finish just to test out this little device. It took about 20 seconds for the Mac and TV signals to sync, but once they did everything worked great. Video was clear with no lag, audio was clear on all 5 channels, never crashed. I was very pleased. My TV has become my second monitor. I like that it's not a powered device that has an extra USB cable attached. Literally plug and play. Next weekend I'll check the DVI and VGA connections to a friend's monitor.
