I followed the instructions in the email which took over 3 hours to complete. All tires have been thoroughly cleaned with the included Shine Supply tire cleaner, brush and degreaser and pH balanced cleaner 'solution'. The result was a dull finish that cracked instantly on the first ride, leaving the tires looking like three-day-old glazed donuts. Why cover tires that can't flex? After years of detailing and trying to use innovative products, my intuition told me this was too good to be true, and it was. I would suggest sticking with water based tire conditioners and dressings and reapplying them to clean tires with every wash. Definitely don't go with this stuff.
