I remember seeing an ad about steam cleaning late at night for some reason when I was young. So I bought one but wanted to make sure I got something better. With Covid-19 in November 2020 heavy use of chemicals wasn't something I wanted in my home so I got it. The first use and cleaning blew me away. It's easy to remember everything in 20 meter time intervals; heating, cooling and filling. It's easy to wipe down surfaces, walls, etc., spray steam and wipe down everything else. Be sure to stock up on microfiber or terry towels and you'll be golden. It doesn't make the surface it's sitting on hot, room temperature or even slightly warm. I've used it on my remotes and electronics like keyboards work fine. On my keys the pocket knives I use in my hands have definitely been a victory in this Covid war. Relative 5 seconds to be sure. Plus it's great for fabrics, it doesn't take long to quickly go over the pillows and mattress, it really does leave the house smelling like laundry for a day or so. One of the tools comes loose during use, but its head just snaps back into place. I would wish for better nozzles made of high-quality metal. Welcome back :)
