I have never used any of these before, I bought this as an alternative to using a hammer to loosen some vehicle connections. I never thought of using such a tool until the question of alternatives to hitting it with a sledgehammer and some search engine work arose. Maybe I did, but when I used the cucumber fork kit it damaged the rubber seal around the tie rod joint which I tried to disconnect without destroying the trunk. The sole fork was stuck so tight that I almost couldn't get it free, the fork destroyed the rubber seal around the tie rod ball joint, which I was trying to save. As a result, I had to replace the part I was working on.
