It's very user friendly for anyone who knows how YouTube works! I was able to set up my first live stream in less than 5 minutes using their simple wizard that walked me through everything step by step until it worked perfectly without any errors at all (which is amazing).

There are so many things you can do if this service has been implemented into an already existing platform such as ours which uses WordPress - we have had some issues where our team cannot access certain pages due to security permissions but once they figured out what went wrong then those problems were solved instantly. This product helped us get more audience engagement because people could watch straight away instead of having go back home/to another site etc just to view something else while waiting for content updates during broadcasts.
