Review on Galaxy Note Ultra Dome Glass by Lance Foster

EDIT 7/9/2020: I don't know what happened to this company but it has completely fallen apart. I've been fighting a broken display return for almost 3 weeks now. The return address provided appeared to be incorrect and was sent back to me. Revain confirmed this is not the address they have on hand but as this is not for sale from Revain I should speak to them. The customer service reps didn't even read my email and sent me a ready reply. And that's a shame too. Because I've bought a lot of these products and recommended them to customers, but this company has done a terrible job of keeping me as a customer so far. I am incredibly close to canceling my card payment for this purchase because I refuse to pay $70 for an item I could not use. If you buy this, pray you won't receive a defective protector. word of honour. , I think this concept is great. Problem during installation. I bought the same for my Note10+ and it lasted a year. Now I have received the Note20 Ultra and the problems are as follows: - One when my protectors were deformed and not laying flat. - When mounting the second screen, the LOCA glue didn't stick. I kept it in the light for 20 minutes. I even used a different light than my Note 10. Yes, no dice. By that point I had already used up both of my bottles of LOCA, so I screwed up. But the big problem I have, besides having to wait almost two and a half weeks for a replacement, is that I had to pay almost $70 for the hardware I already had. The way you buy this thing is stupid. Do I have to buy a new UV lamp every year that I use once? Why not offer more LOCA glue too? I would just order more of these if that was an option. You have to offer a starter pack and then a pack that only contains instructions, UV light and glue. Or heck, even just stick it. You guys offer a solid product, it's just a joke I can't buy glue anymore.
