Review on Ironwood 28744 Lucca Pizza Acacia by Melanie Lee
Excellent design; not easy to clean.
I love this paddle design and the timeliness. However, the wood is not very smooth, so it is difficult to thoroughly clean it from possible invading food, i.e. bacteria. I purchased Ironwood Butcher Block Oil and use it after a thorough cleaning and about every three uses. I will look for an alternative product and wood for my next purchase.
