Works well, would like a narrower version
This pepper accessory really speeds things up when I need to marinate a large basket of jalapenos. It is easy to hold and removes seeds and ribs quickly. However, I could also use one of these at about half or 75% of the width. A lot of the peppers in my garden don't grow big enough to fit this blade. Although quite a decent size for a grocery store.
