The worst part about the update was the shutdown of the storage system. But after reading reports of broken bolts, I invested in a $5 can of penetrating oil and sprayed all the bolts the day before the project started. The bolts came out with no problem and the old system was removed. Gibson headers worked flawlessly with no hiccups or modifications. I recommend replacing the O2 sensors with new manifolds prior to installation as this is an issue that you do not have to deal with once the new system is installed. Gibson also supplies all new equipment with an additional O-ring if required. The exchange took about 2 hours from start to finish and the end result is fantastic. The truck runs and sounds much better and definitely has more power. This is a quality product and well worth the time and investment for those looking to improve performance without sacrificing fuel economy. Highly recommended!
