Not as effective without sulfates
I've been using Nisim hair loss shampoo for literally 10 years with amazing results when the regular (sulphated) version existed. Since they switched to the sulfate-free version, it has lost effectiveness. Getting rid of the "sulfate" line entirely was a bad business decision and I suspect they will lose a lot of customers over time as it just doesn't work as well as it controls hair loss.
