Exactly what I was looking for!
I don't know about those old 1 star reviews (from 2009) but I know I love these toothpicks. Unlike many other brands, the handle/lock pick is actually thin enough to fit in my teeth and be useful. The textured pattern on the toothpick helps sweep up loose food and remove anything that may be stuck to your teeth. I find dental floss quite strong and will actually use a toothpick until either the floss or the tip of the floss breaks - a few days. I just finished a pack of 90 and am here today to buy more!
