I gave this case to my daughter as I gave her another GPS that I bought from this site. When I gave it to her I told her my problem was with the GPS and she said ok. she took it I gave it a shot when I bought a Garmin 60, I installed it professionally at one of those stereo sites. They were happy to install Garmin; not that it would take much to install it. Basically, I wanted them to hide the cord so I couldn't dangle the cord over the inside of the machine. They even installed an outlet under the dash to plug in the device so I didn't have to unplug it and plug it into my car's cigarette lighter. while they were there; I used to buy a DVR; and this cable was hanging in the car, and where I put it, this cable was also hidden. So now everything is clean and tidy.
