The screen I received was not of the make and model described but it fit and was compatible (same resolution, size and connectors ). However, when I got it and installed it, it didn't work properly. I contacted support and they got back to me the next business day and said I could return it and buy a new one for a full refund. However, I found the problem while browsing the connections. The electronics behind the screen weren't the cleanest, and I found that the two solder joints behind the videotape connector were touching. When the rations were separated and drawn out, the sieve worked as expected. This has not worked for other problems so far.
