This is a mysterious product to me. I've never dabbled in wine and don't drink it often, maybe I have a glass every few years, so I didn't think this product would make a difference - I just didn't see the logic, but I'm corrected for it really depends on the taste. With or without - it's a completely different taste and this product is responsible for that. I used a cheap "dressing" wine and it improved the taste a lot. A wine loving friend said it tasted like her much more expensive favorite when I used the Vacu Vin and it was only a few dollars. It was a fun experiment and passed with distinction. Whoever created this is a genius. 5 Stars!
