These deserve their 5 star reviews.

Just as I suspected, all of the one star reviews were from people who simply don't have the mechanical ability to mount a hinge.
It isn't rocket science, but if you mount them wrong, it is possible to pull all of your mounting screws out if you force them closed.

Pros

Initially, for a DIY, installation can be tricky. Otherwise, it's a worthy product.

Cons

They are all stuck closed. Can’t get them to budge
