This post. They really want you to be happy with their product, so the risk of this replacement drum is small enough that it's not a problem. The product still only has 3 stars. Return to the fraternal drum. I had issues with color density, random smearing and it was always paired with an EZ Ink cartridge. I've changed the cartridge several times, tried to order a new one (support is excellent and easy to deal with), but each time there were noticeable problems with print quality. We use them to print menus for work and the lack of legibility and faded edges don't look good. I would recommend this product for home and everyday use, but for whatever you need I would recommend gritting your teeth and spending the extra money on branded products that are made for your printer. At least it was a battle I lost after months of trying to set up printer settings, returns, backorders, and different cartridge and drum combinations.
