Review on 🌬️ Silent Cooling Power: Dark Rock Pro 4 CPU Cooler with 250W TDP, BK022 by Jnis Banders ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

It costs 8700k, copes with its task with a bang. In overclocking to 5 Hz in stress tests, 83-85 degrees, there is no trotlink, even less in games. The Shadow of Larka had a maximum of 64 degrees (the highest temperature in the games during the observation). Another such moment: I connected it through a splitter that comes with the kit and separately GPU FAN 1 and 2, and so, a separate connection gave -6 degrees without a change in noise. I don’t know what this is connected with (I think that 1 shim is not enough for 2 vents). RAM does not interfere in any way (memory without backlight, with heatsinks) In general, I recommend it as an analogue of the famous Noctua NH-D15 (I never liked the appearance of the Noctua)

Pros
  • - Quiet operation - Appearance (strict, without any unnecessary RGB) - Quality (inspires confidence with its appearance and weight) - and of course the way he does his job
Cons
  • - Weighty (I think over time the mother will sag under this weight) - Not convenient to install (better remove the mother, otherwise pain and suffering are guaranteed) - well, and the price (I don’t consider this a minus myself, because in our time you have to pay for quality)
