Review on Gates 43109 Water Pump by Brent Gurney

Used on 73455 in my Buick GS 69, no leaks and good coolant flow. Supplied with seal. The pump ran too fast, was advertised as high performance, and had so much more flow that the flow of colder water turned off the thermostat, switched to an OEM impeller with fins that ended short of the edge of the impeller, and no longer overheated under deceleration .
