Works very well overall. I have ground loop noise or RFI at the source which I can't currently fix which drives me crazy at times. I connected one of these to the input of my mixer and the noise was significantly reduced. Unfortunately not zero. I put it on the mixer output and nothing comes out. Completely gone. However, there is a caveat. Low frequencies are mostly fine, but really low frequencies sound harsh, and something like an exceptionally low bass kick can end up severely clipping and sounding awful. To my knowledge they are still not quite the quality transformers they should be for soundproofing purposes.
