Use as energy storage

Use as short term power supply for Raspberry Pi to handle power shutdown. You can use split ring pliers to remove the power and alarm board from the top. This greatly reduces leakage from the cap. Without this, the capacitor self-discharges 0.01V every 1-2 seconds. If the card is not removed, it will drop 0.1V every few seconds. I'm using a 5V buck converter to power the Pi. I get 15 seconds of runtime from 12V before the Pi drops voltage and shuts down. This gives me enough time to complete my work and not corrupt the file system when the power is turned off.
