I bought this item last year and returned 2 of them due to the locking mechanism on the top (it wouldn't lock at all). There was a piece of tape on it so you didn't notice until you took it off and it just popped open. The new model is 100% redesigned and I can say that because I kept the third one I got last year and made a velcro that was easy and worked. I would highly recommend this upgraded model to anyone with children and those who don't! I use it for wet wipes when I'm sick or in the bathroom for anything that can't be washed off.
