I found it very easy to assemble. I'm glad they are because they don't come with assembly instructions, well at least the one I received didn't have any. Hardware was scattered all over the box. The box looked like it had been resealed with tape. I'm just happy that I have something of a gift when I look at pictures. Usually I can collect something. Took me about 30 minutes without instructions. Collect. I bet if I had the instructions and all the hardware in a sealed bag or something, I bet it would only take about 15 minutes. Collect. This company should probably have a quality control person to make sure everything is in the box for the customer before it ships.
