If you are looking for a rollaway bed with superior comfort, then this bed is for you! You need to charge the inflator because when I first tried to use it alone there was no charge so keep that in mind (I don't mind as I can charge it with no problem but if you're looking for one that already charged, then you have to be patient). There is a pocket for travel, so for me that is both a plus and a minus. I don't need a replacement yet but will update this if so for a customer service rating. But overall I love this bed, and if you like luxurious, comfortable camping air beds, this bed is for you. Pros: ⚫️ It's a low bed if you want to use it as a bed for your tent, but make sure it fits in yours (I have a 6 person tent that fits in mine so make sure that you have enough space) ⚫️ Inflating the bed is no problem⚫️Comfortable and allows for a peaceful sleep⚫️Can fit a 6ft 2″ tall person underneath! Two people suitable for couples Cons: ⚫️Blower needs to be charged before use ⚫️It takes time to inflate, so patience is key ⚫️Deflates gradually after 4 uses, so you need to take the inflator with you when camping or other activities resting from outdoor activities (but even that's not a problem for me as I have an external battery to charge it, I recommend it if you're going to be outside for more than 2-3 days) ⚫️ The bed is difficult to pack in the bag provided. So make sure to fold it properly, it's time consuming
