One piece is not four and is damaged doesn't seem strong at all as it should be for store use

I ordered this four piece set and received a box with one inside and it was damaged. Scratches seemed to damage easily, I'm no expert, but when something is heavily anodized it's usually pretty solid and not hard to the touch at all.
