I've been using this humidifier every night for over a month now. The engine of the unit began to hum loudly. Even if you turn off the device and don't turn off the engine immediately, it will take a few seconds. This is really my only complaint about the product. I'll have to call the manufacturer and find out why they're making the noise. Update: So contacted customer service and sent an email. I show it was delivered at the end of November 2019, it took a few weeks to return my item. I tried calling and didn't answer, multiple times and multiple days. I ended up filing a claim with AZ via Revain in mid-January, which should have taken 1-2 weeks. Here we are in March, I'm calling Revain to find out what happened because they never replied to me with a refund or a new device. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
