Review on πŸ₯„ 1000 Pack of White Plastic Tea Spoons - Lightweight and Convenient by Justin Herman

Do not let children use this product unless you intend to go to the hospital. ER

Only received today, back and forth. They look mostly harmless like any other plastic fork or spoon, which is why I prefer my kids to use plastic utensils over metal ones. What looks safe sometimes isn't. Today I made tapioca pudding that my family loves and used spoons. After about 2 minutes my kids complain that their mouths hurt and I see blood when my daughter takes the spoon out of her mouth. My son has blood on his fingers and he looks in my kids mouths and sees blood but can't see where it's coming from and wants to rush to the ER thinking the pudding is fake. Turns out it wasn't pudding, when my husband entered the room his mouth was bleeding too, unless he knows why, as he felt it the moment he pulled the spoon out of his mouth. The spoons and forks are VERY sharp on the sides, which is odd for plastic, but my kids still had semi-deep cuts on the sides of their mouths. Plastic utensils are so sharp you don't notice until it's too late. My husband ran his finger along the edge of the fork to see if it was as sharp and if it cut his finger. Putting one of those forks or spoons in your mouth is basically the same as using a double-edged blade, they're so sharp!

Pros
  • CLASSIC WHITE These teaspoons look great and can be used in any setting.
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
