Waterproof; not waterproof.
If you're running to your car in the rain, this jacket will do. But if you put it to the test for an hour or so (standing outside at a soccer game with a cheerleader), it won't last long. Love that it's light weight but the strings are so long. I had to tie her. They're always annoying. Velcro or smaller cords would be better.
