The tool provided made the installation much easier than others. I can't stress enough how much more annoying it is to use hammer tools that other similar groups will contain. A screw tool makes much more sense and works easier. I had a small defect/problem with mine and they sent me a replacement with no problem. I'm very happy with it and it's nice to have a second strap that can be swapped out if I want the watch to look more 'professional'.
