I have a carbon fiber anti-static brush that I use on most of my vinyl records, but sometimes the pressure causes the bowl to spin; then I pull out this brush. Yes, it does generate some static electricity, but its very soft and fine bristles do an excellent job of picking up fine particles that my carbon brush often misses. I was skeptical at first because of the low price, but it's really well made, doesn't pill and is incredibly soft. I'm not worried about it scratching my vinyl. Even if you have a good brush, it should be added to your setup to get something others just can't. One thing I noticed is that it doesn't pick up fibers/hair very well. If you have pets, this brush will likely need to be used as a Tier 2 cleaner as only a carbon fiber brush can handle it.
