I like how easy it was to implement, the customer support team as well! The tool does not have too much features but we were able solve our business needs easily by using them for only one month.

There are some minor issues which can be improved upon further such as the UI/UX could look more modernized than what they offer currently. We used this software primarily because there had been no other good alternatives available till date so far - hence looking forward towards working closely together here also!! This helped us gain insights into where customers spend most time while shopping within stores from different geographies.
