Great system that helps identify areas where improvements need made

The ability to see what's going right or wrong, it gives you insights into your business so as soon as there are issues within stores they can be identified quickly allowing for quick fixes before things get out hand! It would also help if we could have more information about our customers than just their basic demographic data - this should include age range etc which will give us better insight when marketing products/services towards them (elderly groups). We do not use any other software…

Easy implementation and great Customer Support

I like how easy it was to implement, the customer support team as well! The tool does not have too much features but we were able solve our business needs easily by using them for only one month. There are some minor issues which can be improved upon further such as the UI/UX could look more modernized than what they offer currently. We used this software primarily because there had been no other good alternatives available till date so far - hence looking forward towards working closely…
