The ability to see what's going right or wrong, it gives you insights into your business so as soon as there are issues within stores they can be identified quickly allowing for quick fixes before things get out hand! It would also help if we could have more information about our customers than just their basic demographic data - this should include age range etc which will give us better insight when marketing products/services towards them (elderly groups). We do not use any other software apart from Salesforce but I believe using both systems together may provide some benefits?
