I got them because they need to strip 30 gauge wire. I have a couple of Craftsman strippers that can shoot 20-30 gauge wire. I took them as a backup. I tried them on a 30 gauge wire wrap (American wire with thin insulation about 20 years ago). The Craftsman tool removes it easily. They slip through the insulation. :-(I have other Pro'skit tools that I bought in Taiwan. These are a little disappointing.
