. I was willing to put up with the fact that it didn't fit my toilet properly, even though both the toilet and the set were "extended". WHY: The seat alignment method (you can't even see the pins or holes) forces you to push back and forth to find the pin holes, which loosens the screws. as soon as it happens? Well you will love how the lid slides off every time you sit on it which is lovely. Also, the lid/seat does not stay upright. I thought it would be a clever mechanism to make removing the seat for cleaning very easy, but not only is it a clumsy installation, it's a clumsy design. Find better products elsewhere. I went to another site to pay for Kohler, I think you get what you pay for here.
