This is a great car seat. I have a narrow rear seat and I was able to fit three, two of these seats and a rear-facing child seat. It's very easy to install with the top mount and waist belt, we couldn't use the bottom cables as we needed three straps. Best of all in my opinion the insert is very easy to remove, once the car seat is out of the car it can also be washed and the strap that runs from the shoulder to the crotch is a single piece that covers the Buckles are tightened. So you can take everything off, put the buckles in the dishwasher and the belt and case in the washing machine and it's all clean. The buckle that comes out of the crotch doesn't come out, but it doesn't have the slots that the other pieces have, so it's easy to wipe clean. If you need a narrow car seat or if your child has become ill while traveling, this seat is a must!
