Works great for 15-20 minutes. then useless.

Works great for about 15-20 minutes, clear sound, easy to connect, then I get feedback in the next 5 minutes and the sound gradually goes back to zero. Once this happens, the Bluetooth connection will drop and not reconnect for about 15 minutes. I'm guessing overheating. This has happened to me every time I've worn it for more than 15-20 minutes for the past few weeks. Request a refund now.
