It seems like a good idea, but these types of bags (this one at least) tend to just wiggle and wobble when hit hard. It's pretty easy to hit because it's slower than double-sided single sacks. While it's nice to be able to switch between head and body shots, the bag wastes a lot of energy just wagging it. Or maybe I hung it up with too little tension? I tried different voltages but the results were basically the same no matter what I tried. So ok, but I wouldn't buy again.
