This waist brace is really good and helps me relieve my waist pain.

A long time ago, I used to lift heavy boxes myself, which caused me to develop tendonitis in my waist. Whenever I used my hands and arms too much, my waist hurt a lot. Sometimes I couldn't even sleep. The doctor said I need to buy something to support my waist. I finally got this product and it really surprised me. The material it is made of is really good which makes it very comfortable to wear. I wear it when I work and also when I sleep. It helped support my waist and gave it more time to recover. Overall this is an amazing product and I love it.
